While managing the day-to-day marketing activities at Untamed Auto, I developed strategies to boost off-season and repeat business. With new competitors eroding our market share, I launched an email campaign offering valuable content, such as winter storage and tire maintenance tips, to position ourselves as trusted experts. Additionally, we included attractive discounts in each newsletter, effectively turning our newsletter into a free membership that provided ongoing discounts for subscribers. Over six months, this campaign led to a 19% increase in recurring visits to our shop.
